Our breads are made with organic ingredients. We use homemade organic sourdough starters made with unbleached nonbrominated flour. Organic cold pressed olive oil and organic avocado oil give our breads full flavor. No additives, preservatives or seed oils. Ever!

Sourdough
Simple ingredients. Always organic. Homemade sourdough starter, flour, water, salt and olive oil. Delicious!
Focaccia
Topped with onion, herbs and olive oil. 8" round (olive and red pepper optional toppings) .
Jalapeno Cheddar or Garlic Cheddar Sourdough
Great sourdough flavor loaded with jalapeno's and cheddar cheese or garlic and cheddar cheese
Italian
Just delicious. Makes a great sandwich or just enjoy with fresh butter.
Soft Sourdough Sandwich
Soft and delicious. Try if thick sliced for French Toast.
Frosted Cinnamon Raisin or Apple Cinnamon
Soooo good for breakfast or a snack. Loaded with raisins or apples and cinnamon flavor. Topped with thick glaze.
