Our breads are made with organic ingredients. We use homemade organic sourdough starters made with unbleached nonbrominated flour. Stone ground whole wheat flour, whole grain rye flour, organic cold pressed olive oil and organic avocado oil give our breads full flavor. No additives, preservatives or seed oils. Ever!
